Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and analytical AI/ML Developer with strong knowledge of Python, Machine Learning, data analysis, and AI model development. The role involves developing and optimizing AI/ML models, preparing and processing data, evaluating model performance, and integrating AI solutions into applications. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous innovation.

🎓 Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in:

🚀 Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in the development, training, testing, and optimization of Machine Learning and AI models.
2. Support the implementation of AI solutions based on project and business requirements.
3. Collaborate with senior developers to integrate AI and ML models into existing software systems.
4. Perform data collection, analysis, cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation to support model training.
5. Prepare and organize datasets for Machine Learning model development and evaluation.
6. Evaluate model performance using appropriate testing methods and performance metrics.
7. Identify opportunities to improve model accuracy, efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
8. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and development processes.
9. Assist in debugging and resolving technical issues related to AI models and integrations.
10. Document AI model workflows, technical processes, development activities, and findings.
11. Communicate technical concepts, project updates, and results clearly with internal teams.
12. Collaborate with Software Development, Data, Product, and other cross-functional teams.
13. Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, frameworks, research, and advancements in AI and Machine Learning.
14. Continuously learn and apply relevant AI technologies to improve products and development practices.
