Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented SEO Analyst to join our Marketing team and strengthen our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and implementing changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines. You will work closely with the content and marketing team to drive organic traffic, improve user engagement, and increase conversions.
The Key responsibilities of a SEO Analyst :
- Conduct keyword research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Perform competitive analysis to identify gaps in content, SEO strategies, and website design.
- Track and report key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions, and engagement rates.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and other digital assets for search visibility and user experience.
- Update and refresh older content with relevant keywords, CTAs, and SEO best practices.
- Implement effective link-building strategies and manage backlink profiles to enhance domain authority.
- Monitor and optimize paid search campaigns in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
- Ensure website pages are mobile-friendly and technically optimized.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and tools to continuously refine strategies.
The specific Requirements and Skills that are needed :
- Proven work experience as an SEO Analyst, SEO Specialist, or similar digital marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO/analytics tools.
- Familiarity with keyword research and SEO management platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website structures.
- Knowledge of ranking factors, on-page and off-page SEO, and search engine algorithms.
- Experience with email marketing campaigns and paid advertising is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
