Job Description

📌Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting, with hands-on experience in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.

🎓 Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in: B.Com Accounting Finance Commerce Any related field M.Com or MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.

Prepare and record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.

Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.

Perform bank reconciliations and support cash-flow monitoring.

Prepare GST invoices, reconcile GST-related data, and assist with GST return filing.

Maintain TDS records and support TDS-related compliance and return filing. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and other financial reports as required by management. Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and other relevant stakeholders.

Maintain accurate documentation and systematic filing of accounting records.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable statutory regulations.

💻 Required Skills

1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.

Hands-on experience with Tally Prime is mandatory.

Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including: VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Basic Excel formulas Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 🎯 Eligibility

Strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.

Candidates should have good attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Candidates with experience in payroll, PF, ESI, or statutory compliance will have an added advantage.
